It is the policy of The District School Board of Pasco County to scan student transcripts (Category A information only) five years after a student graduates or was intended to graduate from high school. After records are scanned, the original cumulative student record folder is destroyed. These procedures are in accordance with state statute.
Records for a student who graduated, or was scheduled to graduate, less than 5 years ago are maintained at the last school the student attended.
The Records Management Department cannot process your request by telephone. We require a written request with your signature to send your transcripts. Once we receive the written request, it will take approximately two days for the transcripts to be mailed.
