Senior/Junior prom information was initially sent out on January 6, 2025, and now that we’re closer to the event, here’s what you need to know.
Key Dates and Forms
- Prom Appeal Form and Guest Form: These will open on Monday, March 3, 2025, and will be available on the school website. Click here for appeal form
- Guest Forms: Submit completed forms to Student Services by April 1, 2025. No late submissions will be accepted. Click here for prom guest request form
- Prom Theme: A Night in Vegas
- Date and Location: Saturday, April 26, 2025, at The Venetian Event Center, 9724 Cross Creek Blvd, Tampa, FL 33647, from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
Ticket Information:
- Seniors: Tickets go on sale March 24, 2025.
- Juniors: Tickets go on sale April 1, 2025.
- Price: $90 per ticket.
- Sales End: April 18, 2025, at 11:59 PM or until sold out. No refunds will be issued.
Guest Form Details:
Guest forms will be available for submission from March 3 to April 1, 2025. Students will be notified of their request status before tickets go on sale.
Prom Appeals Process:
- Students who are off-track may appeal to the school’s administration during the window of March 3 to April 4, 2025. If approved, students must complete the decision outcome requirements between April 7 and April 17, 2025. Remember, students may only appeal once per school year.
