Pasco County Schools has established a partnership with Health Heroes to implement a flu vaccine program for all students this year. Especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, it is critical for our school community to take advantage of this program designed to prevent the influenza illness.
We plan to offer the no-cost flu vaccine to our traditional LOLHS students on October 7. mySchool Online students are not being provided flu vaccines through this program at this time. Parents will need to access vaccinations through another provider.
This program is voluntary. Only students with consent forms signed and completed by the parent/guardian will be vaccinated. Consent forms will be sent home with students before the scheduled date.
