He has been teaching since 1993, and he has a Master’s in Secondary Education with a concentration in English from Suffolk University. He has been teaching at Land O’ Lakes High School since 2002, currently teaching 12th grade AP English Literature & Composition and International Baccalaureate English 4. He is the English department chair and sponsor the Gator Guild of Writers, the Gay/Straight Alliance, and he holds an after-school Latin class twice a week, T-TH 2:00 – 3:00. He has scored AP English Literature exams in Louisville, KY and is an IB Examiner.[/toggle]

I am currently teaching 12th grade College and Career Readiness. I have been at Land O’ Lakes High School for the last three years as a Media Specialist. Before that, I worked for six years as an English teacher at Gulf High School, in New Port Richey, after teaching Drop Out Prevention for four years.
Originally from Queens, New York, I moved to Fort Worth, Texas before landing in Florida. A graduate of Gulf High School and St. Petersburg Jr. College, I then made my way back to Texas and earned my Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Arlington.
