In order to protect the health and safety of employees, staff, and students, all those who access Pasco County School locations must self-screen for symptoms and other risk factors of COVID-19 daily. If you answer YES to any of the questions, you should NOT be on campus. Access the Visitor Screener or the Student Screener online. Employees should use the Employee Self-Screener.

Land O’ Lakes High School is preparing for the second semester that begins on January 6, 2021. In order to properly allocate teachers and resources, we are requiring families to notify the school by November 30 if they want to change their student’s educational option.

Only fill out this survey if you are requesting to change your student’s option for the 2nd semester.

Action does not need to be taken if they will remain in their current learning option. Requests received after 11:45PM on November 29 will be placed on a wait list and may be changed only if space is available.

The school may not be able to process a request to change the option selected in this survey after it has been submitted. So, please make sure that the submission is how you would like to proceed for the second semester.

Only parents/guardians are allowed to complete this form. Student requests will not be processed. One form should be submitted for each student in the household that attends LOLHS.

Submitting this survey will result in the student’s schedule being adjusted. This includes potential changes to their teachers and/or courses from the first semester.

Here is an explanation of the two models:

Traditional This model represents taking classes on the school campus in a classroom where students will interact directly with their teacher(s) and classmates. Class sizes may not vary from previous school years. The school day will follow the standard bell times and a standard schedule that includes all the core classes and other subject areas. Students must comply with current safety expectations that are communicated by Pasco Schools.

mySchool Online This model is designed for families who would like to maintain their connection to LOLHS, but don’t yet feel comfortable sending their student(s) back to the campus. Students will attend school remotely, following the standard bell schedule and times.
