Chef Jessica Cooper is a passionate and accomplished educator who has dedicated 22 years of service to Land O’ Lakes High School, where she has become a respected and valued member of the school community. With a strong foundation in both education and the culinary arts, Chef Cooper brings a rare combination of industry expertise, academic preparation, and heartfelt dedication to her classroom every day.
She is a proud graduate of Johnson & Wales University, where she studied at both the Miami and Providence campuses. Her academic journey reflects both her commitment to lifelong learning and her deep love for the culinary field. She earned her A.S. in Baking and Pastry Arts in 2000, followed by a B.S. in Hospitality Management in 2002. Recognizing her passion for teaching and her desire to inspire future generations, she went on to complete her Master of Arts in Teaching in 2004.
Throughout her career as a culinary arts teacher, Chef Cooper has found immense fulfillment in watching her students discover and cultivate their own talents. She believes that the kitchen is not just a place to learn recipes, but a space to build confidence, creativity, teamwork, and real-world skills. Her ability to connect with students, challenge them, and celebrate their growth has made her classroom a welcoming environment where learning thrives.
Chef Cooper sees teaching as a privilege, and the opportunity to guide young people as they explore the culinary world continues to motivate and inspire her. Whether she is demonstrating foundational techniques, coaching students through competitions, or helping them develop leadership and professionalism, she is committed to preparing her students not only for culinary success but for life beyond high school.

Throughout an illustrious career, Rodriguez has dedicated his life to inspiring future chefs and food enthusiasts through hands-on teaching, innovative techniques, and a deep passion for gastronomy.

Chef Rodriguez is a graduate of The French Culinary Institute specializing in classical French cuisine and international flavors. Chef Rodriguez has trained countless students, helping them master foundational skills and developing creativity in the kitchen. His approach combines traditional culinary principles with modern trends, ensuring students are prepared for success in today’s dynamic food industry.

Beyond the classroom, Chef Rodriduez contributes his time to various non-profit organizations and has many published works including articles in the Huffington Post. His commitment to excellence and mentorship has made him a respected figure in the culinary world.
