🎭 Gator Lane Players Proudly Presents Radium Girls by D.W. Gregory!🎭
The Gator Lane Players of Land O’ Lakes High School invite our families, friends, and community to join us for an unforgettable theatrical experience!
Based on an incredible true story, Radium Girls takes us back to the 1920s, when young women working in factories were told that the radium paint they used to make glow-in-the-dark watch dials was completely safe. When the women begin suffering devastating health consequences, they discover the truth and courageously take on a powerful corporation in their fight for justice. This moving production tells a story of friendship, courage, resilience, and the strength of ordinary women who refused to remain silent.
Our incredibly talented cast and crew have been working tirelessly to bring this powerful story to life! We are also doing something unique with this production by presenting the entire show in grayscale (black, white, and shades of gray) to capture the look and feel of the 1920s. You won’t want to miss it!
