Gator Athletics
Athletic participation offers our students another venue for competing and excelling not only physically, but in learning teamwork and leadership. All sports are sanctioned by the Florida High School Activities Association (FHSAA) and the District School Board of Pasco County (DSBPC). Most sports are offered on both the Varsity and Junior Varsity levels. LOLHS is also a member of the Sunshine Athletic Conference East. Contact our Athletic Director, Mike Frump, or the coach for a specific sport, with questions regarding our various programs that you do not find the answers to on this site. Athletic Forms
Required Athletic Participation Forms for 2025-26 must be completed electronically on Athletic Clearance:
- All paperwork for Pasco County Athletics will be done electronically thru Athletic Clearance. Forms are available on the site and can be digitally signed or uploaded. The Physical and Athletic Participation forms most be printed and uploaded.
- Four classes must be completed thru NFHS. The four courses are free and athletes must complete the course and print the certificate to upload. The four courses are for Concussions, Heat Illness, Sudden Cardiac Arrest, and Sportsmanship.
- GA4recruiting – Affidavit on Compliance with Athletic Recruiting. Must be filled out for all students who have ever attended another high school, or were home schooled and zoned for another high school.
- Homeschool athletes who are zoned for LOLHS and wish to participate with LOLHS must complete the appropriate paperwork from the FHSAA website at FHSAA (you need the EL07, EL07V and EL09).
- Homeschoolers COMPLETED paperwork must be submitted to the school PRIOR to the FHSAA official start date for practices/tryouts listed on the FHSAA website.

Please note that we are a cashless school—no tickets are sold at the gate.
Regular Season Admission:

Patrons are not permitted to congregate in parking lots, along fence lines, or outside athletic facilities.

Land O’ Lake’s Cheer Team Mission Statement:
Our mission is to uphold the pride and tradition of the Land O’ Lakes Gators by unifying the student body, alumni, and fans. We will support as many athletic events as possible and promote a positive game-day atmosphere for Land O’ Lakes High School and its athletes.
Incoming Freshman, there will be a parent meeting on June 2nd, at 6pm. This will take place in the commons.
