As you know, because of the COVID-19 pandemic, procedures change frequently regarding how we can gather in public spaces and visit places like our school. We are hesitant to provide exact details at this time regarding end-of-year procedures because things will change in the next four weeks. Therefore, I am asking that you keep in mind the following information.
Our plan for distribution of cap and gowns, yearbooks, locker clean out, and device and book drop off is being finalized for the last week next month, May 26-29. Seniors will go first. CDC guidelines that are current during that time will be followed which may include social distancing and a minimum number of people on campus.
If you borrowed a device, you will need to be ready to return it by May 26. This means that coursework needs to be finished before then. In addition, we will be communicating information regarding deadlines for coursework soon. Students need to stay on schedule in order to positively closeout the school year .
