Parent, Teacher and Student Conferences

If after you monitor esembler and the contact teacher(s) through email, you still feel a parent teacher conference is necessary you may contact Barbara Karpay at 794-9409.  She will set up a date and time that you, the teacher(s) and your child’s School Counselor are available.  Typically conferences are set before or after school at either 7 AM or 2 PM.

Transcripts

Students may request transcripts by filling out the Transcript Request (forms are also available in the guidance office).  A Transcript Request  is required for each post-secondary school students are applying to.  For transcripts to be sent to schools other than those part of the State of Florida post-secondary education system, a $2.00 fee is required.

If you are out of state and need to request your transcript you may call the school registrar at 813-794-9407.

Registration

To register your student you will need the following documents:

  • Proof of address (utility bill) or Contract on home
  • Information from previous school (withdrawal form and/ or transcript)
  • Physical
  • Immunization record

It is preferable that you call and make an appointment so that we can make sure your child has an opportunity to meet with their Counselor.  For a registration appointment please call Guidance at 794-9409.
